This is the seventh illustrated atlas of Warsaw architecture published by the Architecture Centre. Among the PN. The illustrated atlas of architecture of Śródmieście Północ covers the area of Warsaw’s city centre north of Jerozolimskie Avenue. The northern boundary is the WZ Route, built after the war, the Warsaw Escarpment and old-town buildings to the east, and John Paul II Avenue to the west.
The atlas presents 76 buildings, assumptions and architectural details, monuments and sculptures located in this area. Each object is accompanied by a synthetic illustration and a short description in Polish and English. The architectural presentations are preceded by a bilingual introduction outlining the history of the district.
