The efforts of the authors of this selection of letters deserve the highest acclaim. Their library searches included several archival collections scattered in Poland, Germany, England and the US. The research required knowledge, experience and perseverance. As a result, we got this extremely precious source document - it allows us to get a fuller picture, to understand and interpret people’s complex lives and choices but also the history of the community and the movement it created. This was a formative movement for architecture of the 20th century.
