The book by Tomasz Mikołajczak discusses the personality and achievements of Professor Władysław Wincze and the importance of his achievements for Polish design. Wincze’s work is characterized by freshness and innovation. The artist, who was active in the field of design in the inter-war years (Warsaw) and in post-war Wrocław, worked in the Wrocław Academy of Fine Arts (later Academy of Fine Arts) as a didactic professor, for years passing on the knowledge and skills of many generations of future designers.
