The book in Polish only
The latest publishing proposal of the Wrocław Museum of Architecture and co-publisher - the “Memory and Future” Centre - is an attempt to describe in detail the architectural development of Wrocław between 1956 and 1970. It is also a kind of continuation of the idea close to the author - to discover and show post-war Wrocław from the perspective of its construction and reconstruction.
- There is still no book presenting the post-war architecture of the capital of Lower Silesia, writes Agata Gabiś in the introduction to her latest monograph. - “The whole sea of building” is the first attempt to describe the rapidly changing urban landscape between 1956 and 1970.
