Landscape as house is a project on new ways of topographic living in the Alps. It is a personal encyclopedia about making ‘place’ striving to regain the connection between people and their living environment. Illustrating the author’s reflections on the cultural landscape of her home village in Austria, “landscape as house” finds new meaning for living within topography, family heritage, collective memory, routine and ritual, remoteness and seasonal change. This artist’s edition of 30 pieces is signed by the author and comes with a numbered photo collage.
